I have no hesitation in recommending Kevin Gear as a building company, both for commercial and domestic work.

In 2015, he and his team transformed a rundown office space into The New Southfields Clinic, a 9 room facility for acupuncture.  The major works involved removing some internal walls and building others, putting wash hand basins in all the treatment rooms and reconfiguring the reception and staff room areas.  It was all achieved with the minimum of stress and finished to a very high standard.

Last year, I engaged Kevin to come to my home and convert a downstairs loo and utility room into an accessible bathroom. Also, there were some outside works rendering over and painting an ugly pebble dashed external wall, retiling a porch and numerous other carpentry, plumbing and electrical work. They were all done beautifully. Kevin has an extensive range of contacts in all the trades likely to be needed as well as two trusty staff members who seem to be able to do anything. They all work together extremely well and, I have to say, are a pleasure to have around.
