Complete Renovation from Bungalow to 3-floor 6 Bedroom House

This was a personal project by Kevin on his own home in Fir Tree Road, Banstead. At the time of purchase, the house was a small, 3-bedroom bungalow which was converted into a 6-bedroom, 4-bath property with 3 ensuites, dedicated home office and a large rear extension to living and kitchen areas. The house has been finished to a very high standard, with large electric rooflights in the extension area, underfloor heating on the ground floor, complete lead roof and air conditioning throughout. The build was complex and had a great deal of steelwork involved. Many of the original walls were taken down and two additional levels were built on top of the 1-storey bungalow.
